Give a customer access to their own loads
A customer login sees one thing: a load recap for their own account. They cannot reach any other part of the portal.

Add New User
Pre-approves this person: when they sign in with Google or email using this address, they get this profile automatically — no approval needed.
Enable to include this user in dispatch bonus tracking.
Determines which daily duties are shown to this user.

System Backup
Download a full backup of all data — drivers, trailers, trucks, onboarding, safety, documents, settings, and all configuration. Source code is backed up separately to your computer.
This button downloads the database as a ZIP. The full backup — every collection plus every uploaded PDF and photo — runs on the Mac and happens automatically each night. To run it by hand, open Terminal and paste: cd ~/Desktop/VIMACWA.8.26 && node scripts/backup-vimac.mjs
Driver Logins
Pulled live from the Drivers roster — add or remove drivers there and this list follows. Create a login per driver: they sign in with the green Driver Login button using just their username. Default password is vm + last 4 of their phone, or type a custom one (6+ characters).

API Keys

Used for the Daily Note Recap AI summary feature. Requires an Anthropic API key.

Used for the Inventory module. Enter the API token and host URL provided by PetroDataSync.
Used for the Dispatch Comms voice channel. Sign up at livekit.io/cloud for a free account.

Per VI-MAC Vacation & Sick Time Policy. Use-it-or-lose-it: unused hours forfeited at year-end. Sick time does not roll over.
Service Call Buttons
Tap-to-call buttons shown in Drive+. Name them "Category - Person" (e.g. "Tire Service - Thomas Jackson") — entries sharing a category combine into ONE button that opens a menu of contacts.

Module Visibility
Toggle modules on or off for all users. Disabled modules will be hidden from the sidebar. Dashboard and Admin Settings cannot be disabled.
Dispatch Bonus Tracker
Monthly bonus starts at $500 on the 1st. Each ops incident deducts $100 (split evenly among dispatchers assigned).
Shift Task Management
Edit duties for each dispatcher shift. Changes apply to all users on that shift. Click Save All Changes when done.
Drive+
Driver services hub — report equipment issues, submit BOLs, check inventory and trailer paperwork.
Time Off Requests
Driver requests from the app — approve or deny here or in the Vacation Tracker.
